Hello Quilting Community,

It has been quite some time since our last news posting. The pandemic was tough for so many, but thanks to you and all our wonderful customers, Fabrics Galore & Quilting Store survived. We are thankful for your continuous support. 

We are still planning our “Christmas in July” sale but we have delayed the launch until the week of August 30th due to shipping issues with the new Christmas lines of fabric. Thus, our summer sale this year is re-titled “Holiday Explosion” Sale Event. Mark your calendars!  This will be a sale you will not want to miss. Keep watch in your inbox for details coming soon.

All of the FGQS staff here have been working hard to bring you new class ideas and a few old favorites too.

Sew In Day – 3rd Saturday of Each Month – FREE!

Sew In Day – 3rd Saturday of Each Month – FREE!

Fabrics Galore and Quilting Store has added a free Sew In Day to be held monthly,  the third Saturday of each month.

Anyone can come, between 10:00 and 4:00 and sew with us.

Bring your machine or bring a project.

No charge, just bring your snack/lunch and favorite beverage and happy face.

SUBSCRIBERS ALERT

We had a small malfunction in our subscribe feature – OR – some subscribers are not completing the authentication process by clicking on the Mail Chimp verification email.  Therefore our webmaster has uploaded the entire list from our website entries into MailChimp as an automatic opt-in.  We will be monitoring to make sure all subscribers receive the News and Highlights that you hoped to receive.

If you subscribed to get our 10% off coupon but you really do not want to subscribe for occasional emails from Fabrics Galore and Quilting Store in Blairsville GA, we’d hate to see you go but you’ll find an “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of each email you receive.  Promise we won’t overload you with emails.  Just one or two per month, max, to keep you in the loop.

Toward the end of May, we’ll be putting together a new feature for subscribers only.   We’ll begin a monthly Newsletter, posting photos of classes, Upcoming Events for the following month, and a general review of what we’ve been up to at Fabrics Galore and Quilting Store.

We love our subscribers and we want you engage you with fun classes, events and ideas to pursue your quilting or sewing hobby.

Our upcoming newsletter will not be posted on the website for all to see, but rather emailed to subscribers direct from our MailChimp program.   We’ll factor in some coupons, freebies and savings for subscribers only… Promise!
