Announcing 12 Days of Christmas Event

Hello Quilters,

It is that time of the year where everyone is going to be starting their holiday shopping!

To show our appreciation to our loyal customers, Fabrics Galore & Quilting Store will be showcasing a new event to take place starting December 1st for 12 days.  Yes, we are going to knock your stockings off with our 12 Days Of Christmas Event. Details to follow in the upcoming emails.

New clubs, new classes and new projects that you’ll want to plan your activities around.  A full schedule will be available soon.

Holiday Closings

We will be closed for Thanksgiving starting Wednesday Nov. 24th at 2:00 p.m. reopening on Monday Nov. 29th at 10:00 am.
 

We’ll be closed for Christmas through New Years starting Friday Dec. 24th at 2:00 p.m. and reopening January 3rd at 10:00 a.m.

Hello Quilting Community,

It has been quite some time since our last news posting. The pandemic was tough for so many, but thanks to you and all our wonderful customers, Fabrics Galore & Quilting Store survived. We are thankful for your continuous support. 

We are still planning our “Christmas in July” sale but we have delayed the launch until the week of August 30th due to shipping issues with the new Christmas lines of fabric. Thus, our summer sale this year is re-titled “Holiday Explosion” Sale Event. Mark your calendars!  This will be a sale you will not want to miss. Keep watch in your inbox for details coming soon.

All of the FGQS staff here have been working hard to bring you new class ideas and a few old favorites too.

My FAVORITE Color is MODA

We are very excited about our new monthly event at Fabrics Galore and Quilting Store in beautiful Blairsville, GA and we know you will be too!

Moda Sew-A-Long Event

Moda fabrics has designed an awesome sampler called My Favorite Colors.

It is available in 6 different color ways and we will have all six available for purchase.  

We will be holding a monthly sew-a-long on the first Saturday of each month for 12 months beginning March 6, 2021 and continuing through February 2022.  

There will be no charge to participate in the monthly event and we encourage all who purchase the sampler to attend for tips and tricks the first hour.  Refreshments will be served.

We will also be offering a special incentive upon completion!

My Favorite Color is an 81 x 99 quilt with 31 different blocks ranging in size from 9 to 36 inches.  You’ll see that some blocks are repeated in different color arrangements and sizes.

All you need to do is pick your color and we will cut all the fabric needed for your quilt, and the pattern is included.  

We look forward to you joining us for this time of sewing and fun!
