Sisters at Heart, Miles Apart “Orphan Block Trunk Show”

Join us at Fabrics Galore and Quilting Store in mid October when we host a Sisters at Heart, Miles Apart trunk show at Fabrics Galore and Quilting Store.

Our special guest, Becky Dietz will offer participants a trunk load of ideas for finding a pleasant place for those “all alone in the world” blocks.

Event Time: 10:00 am – 11:30 am

Every quilter has those left over, made too many, one is enough blocks that are too good to toss, but too lonesome to easily use.

Becky Dietz, from Sisters at Heart, Miles Apart, will give you ideas that range from quick to complex, and projects that will please a variety of quilting styles – modern to traditional.

Two New Classes Added

We’ve just updated our calendar to add two new classes.

Rag Quilt Class led by instructor Pam Ippolito.

The Rag Quilt Class will take place the 3rd Wednesday of each month, starting on Wednesday, August 19th through December.

Class Level: Beginner
Date: Wednesday, August 19th, 2015
Time: 10:00am to 5:00pm

Rag Quilt Size: 46X60 Lap

We’ve also added a class to make a Holiday Tree Skirt or Table Topper in just one day using 3″ Thangles.

This beginners level class is led by instructor Charlotte Watson.
