Blairsville Quilting Shop Is Expanding
After 11 years we are now able to say “we are growing and offering something very special, a new space just for you”. Yes, we have expanded to the space next door. We now can offer you, the student, the designer and the instructor more space to do the things you love. The new space will accommodate more students, offer great lighting and all the sewing comforts of home. We look forward to seeing you in our new “Classroom & Event Center” and hope you love it as much as we do.
Are your quilting supplies ready for Christmas Season projects and gifts?
It is hard to think about Christmas during the middle of Summer. Mark your calendars as Fabrics Galore & Quilting Store will be hosting our annual Big Christmas in July Sale on July 9th, 10th and 11th. We will introduce some of this year’s fabulous Christmas collections and also offer discounts throughout the store. Additional details will be available closer to that sales dates. Make plans now for your Christmas projects and Christmas gifts. You don’t want to miss the savings reaped through this big sales event.
2026 marks the year Fabrics Galore & Quilting Store is participating in the All Southeast Shop Hop.
We are super excited to be a part of this event. The Shop Hop officially kicks off August 1, 2026 and runs through September 30, 2026. The official ASESH magazines will be available in our shop around the 15th of June with listings of all the shops participating in Alabama, Georgia and South Carolina. Make plans to “Hop” on board, plan your sister, mom, friends getaway day or multi day fun time, and visit as many shops as possible to get your “passports” stamped and enter for grand prizes.
5th Annual North Georgia Sweet Peach Retreat
Thank you to everyone who has signed up to attend our 5th Annual North Georgia Sweet Peach Retreat. We are currently sold out, but you can be added to our waiting list should we have any cancellations and you would like a chance to join us. As always, we are looking forward to a great time at the venue and event.
